I am experiencing the same issue.Did not realise key lock had something to do with it. Day night mode in traktor pro 3. Click to expand.What soundcard/controller are you using (The new S4mk3 and Tp3 gave me some trouble with latency and cpu load at first it was nothing like Tp2 and my S8)Are you on Windows or Mac.I'm no help with Mac, but always post your specifications.So far all we know is that you are running the latest Traktor3.Also in preferences what do you have the keylock mode set to?Here is an explanation about the modes from the manual that I often forget. But i have just tested this on 2 different macbooks and i do not have audio issues when turning off key lock.I hear a little difference when the track is playing standalone, but when mixing 2 tracks together of the same key (and for testing purposes the same bpm) my audio quality is going down the drain. And the overall sound is even much more worse then an mp3 file at 96 kbps.Even when the pitch of the track is not changed (so set to 0,0%)All music files I play are minimum 320 kbps or even flac.I really like Traktor Pro but the sound quality when using Key Lock in Pro 3.0.2 is unacceptable.Has anyone tips to improve this sound quality. This might be different from Tp2?This also might make a difference unless you have more than one real time application running.As far as optimization goes, please post your system and controller/ soundcard setup, and maybe you can get some better/more suggestions.
